Despite self-made claims Bob is not a "colorist" and knows little about highlighting or how bleaching will damage hair. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! To add insult to injury, he ran another couple ahead of me when I came for my second appointment - they pulled into the parking lot the same time I did. He undid the highlights I had paid for on my first visit and ruined my haircut from the first go around - I am deeply disappointed after paying close to $200 in less than 2 months time and have absolutely no regard for this person. Obviously. the feeling is mutual.
