The staff of this U-haul company, including the manager, were extremely rude and inconciderate. They gave us our truck, and we left to move. After getting to our apartment to move, we realized they gave us moving pads and an extra hand truck we didn't ask for. We called to tell them, they said, "No problem." We said we would needed the truck for an extra day, they said, "No problem." Upon, returning the truck they charged us for the moving pads and hand truck for two days. We told them about the mix up and said we didn't need or use them, they were just in the truck. They said, "Too bad, you should've brought them back." We asked to speak to the manager to solve the problem. He was even more rude and said it wasn't his problem. If we had the items in the truck, we had to pay for it! Let's just say, it got a little heated after that. Not only do I NOT recommend this U-haul, but I will probably never use U-haul again. I recommend Penske, they've always taken care of us.
