H-J Enterprises is a manufacturer of electrical components, including transformers, bushings, electrical connectors and brass and bronze castings. Founded in 1969, the company is a completely integrated manufacturer from casting design to the finished assembly. H-J offers on-site machining and assembly of all castings and connectors, plus in-house tin plating. It has the ability to produce clean brass and bronze castings using CNC-produced patterns and a hard-mold sand process, so that the castings rarely need grinding. H-J also does machining castings, including drilling and threading. The manufacturing facility s foundry uses a process called sodium silicate CO2 process. This allows the company to hold shell-molding tolerances with a green sand cost.
