Horrible management! Sully screamed and yelled at me. Said I speed all the time, and accused me of nearly hitting other customers. I'm only there in Nov and Dec, and that was my first run. I am a petite woman and felt very threatened by his actions. I now take other people with when I go because he makes me feel very unsafe. Not to mention, I've found him smoking in my building before. As a nonsmoker, I do not want my things to smell like cigarettes.

I wish I could put zero stars. "Sully" the manager, is rude, cold and argues with everything! He is the worst at customer service! He never listens and is "always right". STAY AWAY from this storage facility, there are better ones elsewhere. My husband and I will tell all of our friends and family to never use this company. The owner should really think about maybe getting better management.
