Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have been repeat customers of wholesale motors having bought 5 vehicles from them and referring our friends who have also made purchases there. When we purchased this truck we were told the payments would be $200 a month for 12 months after our trade in, but after making 6 payments we were told that it was for 16 months. When we no longer needed the vehicle that we were buying (because we needed a bigger truck) , my husband called to get an extra long extention so that my daughter could pick up the payments after her first paycheck. He was told that was OK and my daughter was going to make a payment on the 15th of the month and pay it off at tax time which was way earlier than it would have been paid off through payments. But instead of honoring what they told my husband on the phone they repossessed the truck while my pregnant daughter was at work. No one took credit for talking to my husband and said that there was no note so they repossessed it and that we still owed $3200. The math doesn't even match up to what they said. 16 months × $200 = $3600 and I made 6 payments, so how in the world do we still owe $3200. When the truck was being repossessed we immediately called to try to stop it and the owner Brad said no. And of course no one in the office claimed to have taken my husband's call about the extension. In one more week a payment was going to be made With Another payment being made before the end of the month, then regular payments until tax time and in 2 months it was gonna be paid off! One would think that with repeat customers a courtesy call may have come before a repossession. This is how they treat customers who have been loyal to them for the last 10 years! They will never see another penny of my money ! Yes we were behind on our payments but all they had to do is say no we don't want to give you an extension and we would have driven the truck to them and made other arrangements for our daughter!

Provided by YP.comOk. Full disclosure. I actually work here. You won't find a dealer more willing to help with a used car. Amazes me that these folks bought cheaper cars and wanted them to be taken care of as if they came with new car warranties. I've worked at new car dealers that sold used vehicles. Unless somebody BOUGHT a warranty, without exception they were reminded that the vehicle was SOLD and BOUGHT AS IS. Check the laws! At least this dealer tries to help! Proves the old adage with some people (who act out when they don't get their way) ... "no good deed goes unpunished."

Provided by YPmobileBought a bad lemon from them with a lot of things wrong it and they were only willing if I bought ANOTHER car for MORE money. This dealer will RIP YOU OFF! Stay away! Also, when they took it to the back back to their shop to "look things over" they made it to where the warning lights didn't light up.

Provided by YP.comThis dealer will rip you off!. Stay AWAY. They knowingly sold me a 2008 kia optima with a bad transmission. The transmission had no symptoms but 14 codes had been turned off that referred to failures in the transmission. On my trip home, the check engine light came on and I found out that I needed a complete transmission rebuild. The vehicle had to be scrapped because the rebuild was more than the value of the car.
