This place is a SCAM. They will take your MONEY but not provide you with a Vehicle Title. I paid off a Van in APRIL and it is the End of August and I still have not received the Title. I have spoken with Johnny and James several times regarding this. Their excuse is "We sent it in the mail, give it time". Another excuse was the Post Office sent it back to them and they resent it out. Now every time I call they say "we will call you back" and never return the call. This is unacceptable. The Van is currently disabled parked in my driveway and the Salvage Yard cannot take it because their is a Lien on the Title!! I will settle for a Bill of Sale just for the Salvage Yard to take it away but Ivey's Automotive will not even provide that!!
