I had previously had service performed on my pressure washer, said it would take a week, after mant excyses and 3 weeks it was done. It ran for a while and quit no warrantee honored. I took my blower in @ year later 8/17/10, they said it would take 10 days, I pre approved carb rebuild replacement. I called 9/1 and they said they needed it another week to rebuild waiting on parts. I called on 9/8 and still not done now it needed the throtle cable, and another week. nothing but excuses, busy, cant push techs, waiting on parts. not 1 call from them to explain anything, I had to call!!!! I thought it was just a bad experiance the first time but it must be bussiness as usual, their is another shop just down the street from them and next time I guess I will use them! go anywhere else but here.

I would like for all to no. My son payed almost a $100.00 for a part he needed for he's motor. When he got home it was the wrong part. When he took it back to get the right part he needed they told him they dont make the one he needs anu more. ok! So they take the part back and tells him he has to caome back in two days for he money. Guess what after two days they still dont have he's money. They tell him they dont have the money it's been slow he'll have to wait tell saturday after they go to the bank. What kind of business is this? Is something wrong with this picture?
