It is a horrible place to live. The new manager has let the complex fall apart. It is infested with ants, roaches and mold. The crime has gone up and the managers do not repair anything. The swimming pool is green. Homeless sleep in the laundry room. The managers harass tenants.

Not a good place to move. Moved in and apartment was disgusting! Dirty would be a nice way to say it. When something breaks, good luck on getting maintenance to respond. After filing a serious complaint it took (6) days for them to come even with constant complaining and the issue still isn't fixed. The apartments share water heaters so to say the least once a week you'll be either taking ice cold showers or hot to the point of getting 2nd degree burns. I've had many issues with renting here and its only been a few months. Make work orders for things to be fixed to no avail. I've had to make the repairs and fight with management to get reimbursed for it. On top of the laundry list of repair issues there's security issues, serious ones. There is a gate surrounding the complex but its a joke, most of the ghetto people are inside it. First week of living here my car was broken into. Property is in San Bernardino PD jurisdiction which means..... good luck getting a response cause the department is short on officers and funding. All around if you can afford somewhere else cause this place is a nightmare and thats putting it nicely.
