The rest rooms smelled and very dirty. No toilet paper. Food not great. The only reason I give it two stars is the service was great and workers friendly. But that's all it had going for it.

The worst food and service I've ever had at any IHOP new management and staff needed ASAP

The customer service was awful. After being seated, I waited ten minutes before noticing I had not been offered a drink. I continued being ignored when another customer was seated across from me, and he was then offered a drink. He also received helping picking out his meal, while I was still not yet asked if I wanted something to drink. In the resturant business, and in my eyes, customer service is EVERYTHING. If you don't have customer service, what do you have.
