Provided by YP.comCashiers are nice and I often tried to go their instead of Walgreen's across the street because CVS doesn't seem to have as much business. But after I dealt with the pharmacy last week, I probably will always shop at Walgreen's. Was told by a doctor's office what the price of a medicine at CVS would probably be. When I called this CVS, I was told "I don't know how the doctor knows what we charge". And was quoted a price for (30) one ounce tube of greater than $500, and was told it came as a pack and could not be sold individually. When I notified the doctor's office I was told maybe there was a miscommunication and to check back with CVS. I stopped in as I was near and asked to speak to a pharmacist. The pharmacy manager was standing there so I explained my question. She said "I don't know, I just got here." There was some communication I between her and I assume the person I spoke to earlier that morning. The manager looked up the price and told me the same thing, shrugged her shoulders and stated "You can check at other CVS's". Maybe she didn't mean to, maybe it was chaotic when she walked in, but I felt like I was a bother to her and she lacked warmth. I guess it would have been nice to hear something like "let me check with other stores".
So I called another CVS, near the doctor's office approx. 25 miles from Highland. The Carlyle CVS was happy to assist me. I picked up the tube the next day and paid approximately $57 for an one ounce tube. This will last me several weeks using it two times a day so I can not imagine why they would have to sell me 30 one ounce tubes.
