Wife and I went to hardies in Highland last evening with our grandson about 5:30. The floors were being mopped with a strong smelling detergent. Got our meal , it was cold and awful tasting The grease in fryer had not ben changed for a while . You could taste it on the chicken my Grandson ordered . It was not edible.. I guess if you can scrub the floors at peak dining time someone needs to wake up and find the reason no one is coming in. It maybe the fact that a wet floor cone was placed at the main entrance right in the middle of the doorway? Old grease smell reeked throughout Restaurant. My $20.00 could have ben better spent.

HI, I just felt i had to write you this morning,, , we often eat at this hardees in highland and always enjoy the people who work there, always friendly and courteous. This morning I got up early to go get breakfast , bought 2 - sausage and egg biscuits, 1 - ham and egg +cheese biscuit, biscuit and gravy and 2 - cinnimmon rolls,, needless to say to our shock it was not even edible,, the dog got most of it,, the biscuits were as hard as rocks, the sausage was way over done (which is better than not done) ,, not only the top of the biscuit was hard but the bottom was flat and nothing but greasy yuk. could not even eat it. I pray the cinnimmon rolls are good because I had to send them this morning with my husband. The gravy looks fine,, I can always cook a can of biscuits for that. I was really disappointed , we never have had it like that there before, don't know if there is a new cook or what, but they better look for another one if that is the way it is going to be. I had to let you know ,, other wise this store would of gotten at least a 4 star rating. We will be back when we can get this out of our minds on how bad it was today. thanks for you time, Have a good day !!
