The WORST customer service eve...

The WORST customer service ever (by the owner of the store). She was completely rude, offered no solution or different ideas for the cake I wanted. I will never come back to this store or evn recommend them to anyone. I drove over an hour to get to Highland and received nothing but attitude when I got there. I commnted on her facebook page to let her know how upset I was. What did she do? She deleted it. She didn't comment, didn't message me, no apology, NOTHING! How they are even still in business is beyond me.

WOW! We just went to Patty-Cak...

WOW! We just went to Patty-Cakes and bought 4 cupcakes. We bought the Turtle, Apple Pie, Chocolate Lovers and Eclair. These cupcakes are amazing. I think the turtle is the best, but the other ones were great as well.



I am not sure why there are previous reviews on poor customer service. I bought 2 cakes from Patty in the past and the customer service was great. The cakes are just as good as the cupcakes.



My only regret is that I did not buy the other 11 cupcake flavors they have. I would like to try them all!

Can't imagine how anyone can complain about Patty-Cakes. I have been going there for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone there is so nice, and they try their best to accomodate everyone. When I went in to get my wedding cake, it was such a fun experience! I was not asked to put money down until I told them I wanted to book the wedding and save the date. They are very busy, and I am sure the owner can't do everything. If you go into a grocery store, or department store, you are not always dealing with the owner. Everyone has certain jobs, and that is what they are paid for! They just started doing cupcakes, and they are AMAZING. They cost less than any of the cup cake shops out of town, and taste better!!! I would hope that a negative review from only two people in all the years they have been in business speaks for itself. There are just some people that no one could please!!!

Terrible customer service & RUDE!

There were 4 of us that did the tasting and all of us were not happy with her tone (maybe its just how she is). Then from that time to the wedding if I ever emailed the owner with a question or concern--her assistant called me back, not her EVER. At the time of the taste test the cakes tasted good, and we chose marble for our biggest layer. Her website also had out of date cheaper pricing and when I challenged it because our bid was higher, all she did was call her husband to update the site right away BECAUSE SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW and would not honor the price which I think is illegal and bad business really.I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY RIGHT THEN! However when it was delivered there was so little chocolate in it that you never would have known it was marble and they put a raspberry filling instead of chocolate. When mentioned to them that we were not satisfied, their rude answer was "We never make mistakes". They made my mother sound like she was the stupid one. Now unless the rude assistant stacked the caker herself I dont know how she is so certain that no mistake was made. Reality is everyone makes mistakes. Once I then brought it to the owners attention her email to me was just as rude. I have been in customer service all my life and you should always be pleasant, not SNIPPY! Maybe her head is too wrapped up in her being on TLC.

Poor Customer Service

After sending e-mail did not receive answer for a week and was told to call on a certain day. Did so, then was told couldn't make appointment at a time before one made even later and was told we don't do appointments then. I was then told that I needed to put a deposit down immediately to save the date even though we hadn't agreed on an appointment date and time. Asked on a Tuesday if we could put a deposit down on that Friday and was told no. Remember...it took them a week to get back to me after sending and emial but couldn't wait 3 days for the deposit to save the date. Consider this before using their service.
