Sales and delivery personnel were great.

My wife and I order a new bed with an adjustable frame and they delivered it today. The young men were very polite and knowledgeable on the assemble of the motorized frame. They followed all my instructions on placement and answered our questions on the use of controls. Very pleased

The sales people are great, Abby was my sales representative she was wonderful. I had the chair delivered and the delivery guys were great, we’ve bought a lot of furniture from other places and the delivery people were not as great as yours, we will be coming back to your store for living room furniture in the future

I shopped almost everywhere in Southern IL to St Louis and found my chair at Kloss Furniture. They were very helpful and gave us a great deal on a power recliner. We will be back to shop there again!

They do a good job of asking question to find out what you want/need and making suggestions to get you to the right product. We have bought several pieces from them over the years and for the most part quality has been good. If you have a problem they try to make it right. Overall great work.
