Provided by YP.comWhat's so great about Guardian is that their ad tells the truth. I found them in the yellow pages because I was desperate to find a trustworthy exterminator. I called the Chicago number and Nathan came out for the consultation. Punctual, highly knowledgeable and honest about the problem, Nathan explained everything and then after getting the estimate, service began. Technicians (John primarily) were punctual and left evidence of the service. Guardian took care of my squirrel and bee problem I'd had for years. Guardian provided the best exterminating/pest removal service I've ever had and what a relief to have an exterminator you can trust.

Provided by YP.comGuardian is the first and only place I call for pest control services. I always work with Nathan and each time he's come out the problems have been solved. I've been working for a property management company for 13 years and I've never needed to work with anyone else.

Provided by YPmobileGuardian was able to come out and assist with ridding our house of a few mice that were present. Nathan was a huge help and helped identify potential entrances for these pests as well. I will definitely be using guardian for all future problems.

Nathan has always been the technician I have requested, and he is always professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and more than willing to stand behind his work. I use Guardian for preventative maintenance on a regular basis and am happy to say that it works.

Provided by YP.comI have used Guardian for many years at several different places of work and in my home. They are friendly, polite, clean and treat me and the other staff in a friendly yet professional manner. I have dealt with multiple techs over the years and found them all to be this way. We are on a monthly visit for both work and home but have on occasion had to call them back within the 30 days. They were quick to send a guy out to take care of the problem. For my home the one tech even suggested some things I could do myself to deter the ants that we were getting.

Provided by YP.comGuardian has horrible customer care. We were told to move along to the next pest control company because we had an issue. You would think that with all the pest control companies around, they would treat customers with respect.. not so! Avoid this company and choose one that cares.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I are very pleased with Guardian Pest. We had a few other larger companies out and they both did'nt get rid of the mice and spider issues.
Guardian fixed our issues within a few visits. We will be calling them out in the fall to prevent any mice or bug issues. Very good service and a very honest company!

Provided by YP.comWe called Guardian after having issues with another company. Our neighbor said to give them a try and we have had very good success with our any problem. I told them we seen some mice and they even put out some traps for them as well.

Provided by YP.comI will never use Guardian Pest control again. The initial visit was good and the technician was professional. After having my home treated for pest control and told we had a 30 day warranty and could call back to have another application if we continued to see pest, it turned out to be a lie. We requested another treatment on the 30 day and was told it would cost us $50 because we called in the 30th day. Had we called on the 29th day, they would have honored our request. After escalating our customer service issue to the manager, he was even more rude and unprofessional. He called us liars and hung up on me. Sadly, we were prepared to sign a monthly contract to have our home treated monthly. Now our business goes to another pest control company. News flash to Guardian: customer service and professionalism goes a long way.

Provided by YP.comThe guy that came out was nice & professional....but the follow-up call I was told we would get never happened. After waiting & then saying hell with it I'll have to call them only to be told see you next month at another 50 dollar charge to check traps that we were told he'd come back and check after 1st two weeks......disappointing.
Bottom line= YOU call them, regardless of what is said. For 200 bucks the first visit, I expected more for my money. Do research online & try to solve the problem before you call a company. Could of had my brother lay traps bought from Home Depot for $40.
