Mark Kendra has been an absolutely unprofessional, jerk to my family! When we went to his office as new patients, we originally scheduled to see him. When we got there, we were taken care of by someone totally different without a reason why. We didn't say anything. As we were checking out, the front desk said we needed to pay $100 upfront. They told us that they would then submit the bills to insurance & that our ins comp would send us back $ from any over payment that they cover, but that the ofc had to have it as a guarantee of payment up front. We agreed and gave them $100 cash. Months later, we recvd a call from Dr Mark Kendra stating that we have a bal. of approx $100 that needs to be paid off. Obviously this caught us off guard, as we were expecting to recv money Back from insurance... Not that we owed more money to the dental office! Didn't have the $ & the Dr began calling our phones/work/family every day 4x a day harassing us over the balance and being rude at the same time.
