This dealership leadership needs some training in customer service. Salesmen were very helpful (Kurt) but GM , forget about it. Will never be back. Have learned, michigans Chevy leader is self proclaimed.

I went to the dealership looking to buy a new car. I said all I want are heated seats. I don't care about any other options please give me the cheapest price for the 2017 Cruz and Malibu with GM discount. The prices I received are $27k and $33k respectively. Salesman trying to sell a more expensive car than I need. Not appreciated by a female buyer. Going to a different dealer.
