Dropped my sons foreign car off at Kurts Auto repair and wanted to get a quote for the repair. The price was very high, I called another auto shop a mile west of Kurts and explained the problem to the owner and what Kurts auto said was wrong with it. The other auto repair place did not agree with Kurts diagnostic, they recommend a foreign car repair place in Waterford, Had the Waterford shop do the repair. The repair was completely different from what Kurts said was the problem. Kurts even said a rodent chewed through some wires under the hood.
The Waterford shop repaired the problem and never found any chewed wires. The cost of the correct repair was $200 cheaper than what Kurts Auto missed diagnostic was going to charge. I would not recommend them to anyone. You always look for honesty in any business, they don't have it.

There is no one I would trust my car to other than Kurt's. They have been fixing my cars and trucks 20 yrs now and always honest and thorough. If there is a mistake, they correct it. Slamming a truly honest local independent business smells like an unhappy competitor to me. Just sayin'.

My first encounter with Kurt's Auto Svc. in Highland MI was easy and streight forward. oil change, air filter, fix a flat, balance and rotate tires.... Everything was done perfectly and my vehicle hadn't driven as nice in over a year due to "other shop's" inability to diagnose a problem at all! If Kurt's Auto Svc. hadn't gone above and beyond the call of duty, I would have headed to a family wedding 8 hours away and most probably would not have made it there! There was a bad tie-rod end that previous shop did not find, Thank you Kurt's Auto Svc. for keeping me alive so I can give my opinion.. =)



Then just two days ago my car started making noises and I KNEW I needed break work. I left my car at Kurt's Auto Svc. for evaluation and will save the rest for my next review.



Again, thanks Kurt's Auto Svc. for outstanding attention to detail, I am liking doing business with someone I trust.

Just got my car back from Kurt"s. Once again I was more than happy with everything.

Saved me ALOT of money , friendly & HONEST service. These guys service all of my family's vehicles and have always done an outstanding job. These guys stand behind there work 100% & I've always been happy with the work performed.

Wow I was dumbfounded to find the negative reviews here about Kurts! I've been using Kurts since they opened and have had nothing but great customer service, reliable repairs, and fair prices. I have moved out of state but still send my kids there for repairs and recommend Kurts whenever I have the opportunity.

I can't believe anybody would give Kurt"s a less than favorable review. These guys have always given me great prices & great service. They stand 100% behind their work and I have always have been totally satified in my experiences with them. There has was a time where one of my children was on their way out of town and we found a problem with their vehicle, brought it to Kurt's & they did the repair while we waited. I can't recommend them enough, if I could give them 10 stars I would have. Honesty, quality & excellent service, what more could I ask for.

The customer service was excellent. Fairly priced, reasonable service time, and honest service. The receptionist was wonderful! And the cute guy was nice to look at :-)

I agree with other posts. Rudest customer service, dishonest dealings. Shameful. I am an elderly woman who cannot make it out very far for car service and I feel I was taken advantage of.

After my experience, I urgently caution people. Go someplace else!

The receptionist was absolutely rude. The service was fast and fairly priced, but I have never been treated so rudely. Never again and will not recommend.

some people must believe honesty is not the best policy

I have had a three service repairs done by Kurt's Auto Service. Today, I am writing this review to say that this repair shop is honest and has always been able to provide the service I need at a competitive price.
