Thanks to Rocky Pendel for the exceptional service and assistance with my purchase of a 2018 Dodge RAM 1500. Loved the experience and love the truck! Will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Rocky you were awesome!

My husband and I needed to purchase a bigger truck to haul our fifth wheel....we went to Szott-Highland, "just to look". Colton met us in the parking lot and in just a few minutes, had us test driving the "perfect" vehicle. We did not plan to purchase something the first time out, but both Colton and Ron took such good care of us, we just didn't want to look anywhere else. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, right down to the massage chairs we were offered, during our wait to finalize the sale. My daughter's lease (from another dealer) will be up at year end, and I can guarantee I won't send her anywhere else....I know she will be well taken care of by the staff at Szott M-59 in Highland....thank you Colton and Ron...we will be back!

I took my Dodge Ram to Szott M-69 Dodge because it was the closest dealer that could preform repairs under a Chrysler Corp service contract. While my truck was in the shop they did about $50.00 worth of damage to my driver's door. They refused my request to have the repairs done by an auto body shop of my choice. Eventually The service manager Adam White gave me an ultimatum. He offered a refund my $100.00 co-pay and give me a check for $200.00. I asked for a day to get an actual estimate for the required repairs and he withdrew his $300.00 offer.
