responded to his phone inquiry about employment, made a appointment time to meet, he wanted me to meet at his home, i prefer to meet at public area or confirmed google earth site. this did not pass the smell test, his texts were cryptic, job site text did not list a address, uses a phone device that is inaudible, promptness = 0, professionalism = 0, expertise = unknown, didn't get to see job.

This is in reference to Mr. G's comment. For one I was talking on my cell phone and went into a dead zone. And to say that I hung up with you is " Ridiculous!". You did not even give me a chance to call back because you assumed that I hung up on you. And so you left me Pleasant message on my voicemail that you are going to leave a bad review.



So let my reviewers no the facts on the pricing shall we.



1.The company or you purchased from and I don't know who it was. But most likely on-line. good luck with that with warranty work Lol.



2. The system YOU purchased was a dry charged unit with no Freon in it! That will cost extra when that gets installed by at least $700 in addition to your $1250 quote by the Red Cross. Unless your getting used equipment. :) And I don't see how someone could install that for $100 bucks for 3-5 hours of work as you claim.

This is what you will need to complete your install. And your estimate is $1250????.

So either you're lying and the contractor who is putting it in does not know what's involved or he is going to hammer you at the time of payment.



$700+ (Freon/gas/r22)

$85+ (flush system being its a burnout)+

$150+ (condenser pad and whip)+

$500+ (labor)

$95+. (Disposal)



3. And what you ordered is not compatible with your existing system in your attic (air handler). And my estimate clearly states 3ton.



4. And now you're upset because you ordered the wrong piece of equipment and you need to take it out on my company hurt my name. So when the compressor has to go back for warranty work....which it will ....... :) They will know it was Mis-matched.

This individual showed up as planned to assist me with an Air Conditioning issue. I paid him for the service call and he followed up with an estimate for repair. When he discovered that I found a lower price elsewhere (almost 40% lower than his), he hung up the phone on me. In addition, he continually said he really doesnt like to do A/C work and boilers is his speciality. Why would I hire him to do my work?Extremely unproffesional.

I met Dan through my insurance company. I needed a new furnace. Job very well done! My ac started blowing hot air. I called Dan and within 10 minutes he called me.

He asked a few questions and from my answers, my ac is now working.

We called Absolute because our furnace stopped working and had an odor. The reason for the furnace not working was because of the thermastat. Then got the furnace running but noticed a bigger problem. There was not enough oxygen in the room for combustion. So when the furnace is running it was searching for oxygen and the flames from the furnace was not going up the chimney properly! So dan suggested to call central hudson for a carbon monoxide test. carbon monoxide was present in room with hot water heater as well. The reason for the carbon monoxide was the door into the mechanical room. A louvered door what is needed to allow make up air for oxygen and combustion into the room
