JCYS North Shore Day Camp inspires children and teens, supports families, develops leaders and empowers communities. The Jewish camp accommodates approximately 200 campers and features a 6 to 1 ratio of campers to counselors. It is set on an enormous playing field, which includes a playground, multiple baseball diamonds and a spacious building complex that features a large multipurpose room, an art room, a drama room and a gymnasium. Campers can choose from a host of activities, including daily instructional and recreational swimming, arts and crafts, drama, music, theme days, adventure programs, field trips, special events, overnighters, undernighters and a variety of sporting activities. The JCYS North Shore Day Camp is in Highland Park, Ill.
