Classic sleaze ball service department. Chuck Turck is hands down the worst service manager/advisor/person EVER! I went to The Porsche Exchange for a common air bag light. There is a known TSB for the issue and most dealers are fixing it no questions asked. Apparently Chuck didn't get the memo... When I mentioned the TSB issue he asked me if I thought that it was OK to go to a restaurant and not pay for the food. I was insulted. As a customer of 20 years and nearly 15 cars I never thought that this situation would be remotely possible. By the end of my visit Chuck was yelling at me! Do yourself a favor and go to Loeber Porsche. I eventually took my car to Loeber- where they properly diagnosed it, re-plugged in the connector under the seat and reset the light-- all for free. Sure beats the $900 that Chuck wanted to steal from me to unnecessarily replace an airbag.
