I called this dealership regarding a QX56 that I had found online. I called and the operator stated that they would return my call. 4 hours later my call was returned by Rick. I asked Rick to confirm the mileage of 56,008. He said Yes that is correct, we think the guy is crazy for getting rid of the vehicle, He just put a $1000 in tires on it. You won't find a nicer one out there. At which time I stated..ok, do you do financing? I then sent in all my documentation. I contacted them the following morning and he said bring up the down payment and the vehicle is yours. I then took the 6 hour trip there. When I arrived I took a quick look at the truck and it appeared in decent shape. During to document process I noticed that the vehicle was listed with 93,000. I confronted them and they said that is correct. I said you have it listed at 56,000 and I called to confirm this. There story was that autotrader screwed up and that their website has it listed correctly. This would fly except I took a screen shot on my tablet to show a friend who owns a dealership to get his feedback. I then further noticed that they charged me $3000 more than the advertised price because... I financed it, that is the cash.... This is what is know as a CLASSIC Bait and Switch. Watch out for these guys. I also find it amusing that the one good review has the same name as the owner.

well i purchases 2 cars from my town auto form both there locations in detroit mi..i was very happy with my service and they took care of the problems with my cars. i have read alot of bad reviews about this dealership. listen first off your buying a used car and things are gunna go wrong there is no such thing is a used car being 100% percent any dealer that tells you there cars are 100% there lieing to you. the employees at both dealership took care of my cars and made sure i was happy..i did have to pay some money out of pocket but i did buy a used car.i have resently been back there and the onwers Rick and Dave took care of me once again..so for all those customer that have talked bad about this dealership i think your wrong. if this dealership was that bad why would they be opening another dealer in Madison Heights. so if there getting bigger then they have to be doing something right in the car sales business.

Do not buy car from them, Cars have hidden repairs which literally makes a whopping gigantic hole in the pocket once it comes to your hand. 50/50 deal is screwed up deal.Hopeless customer service. Battery dies after 2 days, Car had to be jump started to take to a battery shop after 2 days. Mechanic is useless, he doesn't know what he is doing. Dishonest and greedy people. Still regret going to them.

IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE CAR PLEASE DO NOT GO TO MY TOWN AUTO. I WAS SOLD A LEMON I HAVENT EVEN HAD THE CAR A YEAR. (CAR HAD A BAD HEAD GASKET, AND IT WAS RIGGED UP TO SALE). THEY TRY TO GET OVER BY GIVING YOU A 50/50 DEAL WHICH COVERS HALF OF YOUR REPAIR.........B.S. I SENT MY CAR BACK AND STILL HAD PROBLEMS REOCCUR. AND IM NOT JUST SPEAKING FOR MYSELF MY SISTER ALSO IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER CAR SHE GOT FROM THERE. IF YOU KNOW RIGHT YOU WILL NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE LOT.
