I brought my dog to this establishment on a Sunday for an emergency. He was extremely ill. Doctor said to leave him overnight due to dehydration and he will be fine in the am.

Well he died in am. 4/17/16. They could have sent him to be cremated on 4/18/16 to abbey glen. Instead he was stored another week at location til 4/25/16. I just received him on 5/2/16. They made me wait an hour to get his bed back too.

I do not feel this company is professional in handling pets and owners in a humanely manner. I am stressed losing my dog.
