Benji 18 yr. old yorkie was very ill. Had an appt. for 4/17/16. Doctor said to leave him overnight due to dehydration and he should be alert in the am. Well, he passed away in am. Did not receive call. They sent him out to be cremated on 4/25 and did not receive him back til 5/2/16. Expensive visit. Lost his bed too. Had to wait one hour to get bed. Unprofessional and treated inhumanely for a loss of an animal. Very stressful time. Lost a customer. Took too long to have pet back in possession.
