Welcome to Studio @ 808, conveniently located at 808 Raritan Avenue Highland, NJ Highland Park, at the entrance to the town's business district. Members are provied with high quality fitness facilities, professional services, and karate instruction in a well maintained and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. In addition to a well-equipped fitness center, both members and non-members alike are presented the opportunity to take part in various aerobic and non-aerobic classes. The classes currently being offered include Pilates, yoga, Isshinryu Karate, Cardio-Kickboxing, Children's Dance ( Ballet/Tap ), and Spinning.
