I took in clothes to be cleaned and they came back in worse shape. Most of the clothes were fine but a silk blouse & $120 brown slacks came back with pink marks on them. I assume it was bleach or some other chemical that splattered them. What I am even more unhappy about was that they folded that pair of pants, unlike the others, in a funny sideways way to keep me from seeing the marks until I got home. Nothing was every done about it, I would not recommend this cleaner.
