Captains Cove Marina formerly known as the Highlands Boat Basin is a small very well sheltered marinalocated in the center of Highlands NJ. We offer seasonal and transient slips for boats up to 40. Themarina also has a fleet of 16 skiffs for rent for fishing, crabbing or touring the Sandy Hook Bay,Shrewsbury and Navesink Rivers.Captains Cove also has a full-time mechanic on duty and can handle most aspects of marine service andrepair, including Gas, Diesel, Outboards, Inboards, Electrical and Hydraulic systems. We also have arigging department and can handle repairs and work aloft on sailboats.Emergency mobile service available.Captains Cove is the home of Dock Donuts which is open Thursday Thru Sunday from 8AM to 3PMfeaturing Barista style coffee, frozen lemonade and home-made cake donuts.Seasonal slips are booked from May 1 thru November 1. A 50% deposit is required by December 31 st totake advantage of our early bird special of $ 100 PER FOOT.
