I went to The Gardens for the first time the other day. The nursery is beautiful, a little confusing on which plants are good for full sun and partial sun. Not one employee talked to us. The front desk didn't greet us; just watched us walk in while they stood there leaning against the counter watching us. The nursery staff walked by us several times and never even broke out a smile. I loved their plants but their customer service is the awful. We have visited several nurseries that past couple of weeks, everyone one of them asked if we needed help and even smiled at us.

This center has horrible customer service and does not follow their warranty policy. I only had a tree for seven months and their warranty says that they will replace the tree the following may if it did not make it through the winter and they told be they would not replace my tree. HORRID DO NOT BUY HERE. They have the same quality as home depot and home depot is a lot cheaper and will replace anything.
