This museum focuses on the work done by the men of the Civilian Conservation Corps. The Black Hills were transformed by these men. A roster of over 20,000 of the approximately 31,000 is available at the museum. Many many visitors have found a relative listed in the roster.

This is a small museum packed with history. Over 20,000 names of men who served in South Dakota have been collected. Lots of information, tools, photos and a restored 1935 GMC truck built for the Civilian Conservation Corps.
