I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location. I was given the wrong treatment for a sprain and left in pain for 2 additional weeks as a result. On top of that, they continue to charge me for their mistake. I will not go back to this location again. I have tried to fix this situation (and my bill) repeatedly over 2 months. 10+ phone calls and emails to explain their poor treatment. Someone within OhioHealth management should review their processes and their people at this location because it is not up to their standards.
