Power Train Hilliard is not your typical gym or health club. Whether you choose our unique 3:1 personal training, or small group boot camps, each fitness program we offer is specifically tailored for our members. Our specialty is training high school, collegiate and professional athletes with 3 athletes per 1 trainer. This gives each athlete personalized attention, while still allowing for motivation from the others to reach their highest level of sports performance. Not an athlete? Not a problem! Try one of our boot camp classes that are focused on personalized, heart rate-based interval training. Each member will sit down with a performance coach and come up with a unique fitness approach for their needs.
