We had some sewer water by our basement drain. The toilet was flushed and more water came up. I called Roto Rooter at 10:30 am. The person told me there is a 2 hour window and the service person will call a half an hour before someone shows up. About 15 minutes after I called, Roto Rooter called and said a plumber will be out in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after that call, Ron Lee was at my door. I showed him the problem and he was going to cable from the main to the sewer. He had that done in about an hour. He scheduled a camera to come Monday to run that through the line. Ron did a great job with no mess.

Roto Rooter, specifically Chad Colter (?) the technician was terrific and did an excellent job to clear the clog of my daughter's master shower in Upper Arlington. He stuck with it until he cleared things that took much longer than first expected and made for a much tougher job than anticipated. We would definitely call Roto Rooter again and specifically ask for Chad to help us again or at my home in Dublin. He was neat, tidy and explained the problem as well as offered preventive solutions to eliminate a repeat problem in another area of the house.

Our basement floor-drain was stopped up and overflowed every time we ran our washing machine. We contacted Roto-Rooter to schedule a service call, and were happy to hear that same day service was possible.

Chad was our technician, and was very helpful in explaining everything to us, and keeping us informed on what he was doing and why. Chad even gave us hints and tips on how to save water, which we really appreciated. We are very happy with our experience, and would recommend this Roto-Rooter for any plumbing work needed.

Our sump pump failed around midnight (it was pouring and we had the cheapest pump the builder could find and just had a feeling we were headed for trouble). We started bailing to keep the water from rising too high in the sump well, but knew that was going to be just a temporary fix. After trying the local 24-hour discount store for a new pump (which they didn't have), we called Roto-Rooter. We were promptly put in touch with a technician who, after checking to make sure he had a sump pump, drove about an hours drive and then promptly and efficiently replaced the pump. He was extremely friendly and courteous, especially since it was the middle of the night while he was working. He even got a call for the replacement of another pump in our area, so I'm sure he had a long night ahead of him. We are very pleased with the service!

We had a very good plumber come out to our house. He gave us his estimate and told us what he thought the problem was and how he would fix it. He was really quick and did an excellent job. The whole time he was friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone I know. Not many companys come out and do as well of a job. We have had other companys out and by far Roto-Rooter is the best.

Dave knows his stuff and he is professional about his job. He reglazed all the windows of one of my rental properties and put new panes in those that need it. Since I'm not handy, it's a blessing to have someone around who is! Thanks!
