We have eaten here a number of times and had good experiences - so much so that when I announced we were going to breakfast this morning at Scramblers, everyone got excited. I have 5 kids at home, and it's rare for us to go out to eat and everyone be happy with the choice, but not here - it happens every time.



I particularly like their Bottomless Griddle. They always let us switch it up - order waffles and then switch to Stuffed French Toast - ah, so good, and such a good deal.

I should have learned the first time! My first experience here was a couple months age after church. The service was extremely slow and when our orders arrived they were wrong ...so we waited longer. Today's experience was similar in that my order was wrong only to be re-delivered and told it was correct. The hash browns were also "stone cold" and had to be replaced. When paying, the check, they declined a 10% discount which "Entertainment Card" online instructed that I need only show my card to get the "minimal discount". The manager was combative said they had a different coupon offer and that she was unaware of any arrangement with Entertainment. Maybe a little bit more manageral training including some in Public Relations is needed here. Not likely that this restaurant will be an option for my family in the future
