I brought my truck in the Columbus, OH facility. Was welcomed by the counter staff and checked in efficiently. The facility was very clean which is important to me. The staff understood that I keep the exterior and interior of my truck very clean and went out of there way to respect my truck. After waiting a couple days do to waiting for a part the shop repaired my truck and I was back on the road. Was on very good paying run when I broke down again. I was able to make it to our company terminal were I had to give up the load. Our techs tested and found a clamp not tightened by the Williams tech. Williams as offered no apologies, reinbursement for loss revenue, radiator fluid I had to purchase to get truck to terminal and will not reinburse me the repair bill. Great beginning but a sad and expensive ending. Be sure to check there work prior to leaving there factuality.
