Hi and welcome to Wags Columbus! We provide dog walking and pet care services, specializing in In Your Home Overnight Pet Sitting for people who want to come home to wagging tails and kisses. We are your Columbus Ohio alternative for boarding your dog.

We love critters. We are crazy about dogs, but love all critters. Instead of boarding your dog (or any of your pets) in a loud, scary, stale kennel or boarding facility, let them stay in the comfort of their own domain (err...home). We will hang out with them, take them on walks, stay the night with them (if you'd like). Whatever their normal routine is, we will cater to your critters.

As long time volunteers of both local rescues & national transport rescues, Amanda & Cortney are harnessing all of their experience and passion in the world of animal care and rescue & putting it towards Wags Columbus, Central Ohio's best dog walking, In Your Home Overnight Pet Sitting & pet care service provider. 

Providing an alternative to dog boarding, In Your Home Overnight Pet Sitting allows pet parents to vacation or take trips knowing their critters are comfortable & happy in their domain (err...home). Let your critters have a stay-cation while you're on vacation!

Since knee-high to grasshoppers (translation: since they were very, very young), Amanda & Cortney have been lovingly known as crazy animal ladies doing everything from saving injured birds in yards & on streets to tracking down strays and getting them into comfortable homes, Wags Columbus lets Amanda & Cortney provide their life-long love of animals & unique experience to pets and their Pet Parents.

Cortney and her company, Wags Columbus, are a class act. They are obvious animal and dog lovers. They treat every dog like any loving owner would treat their own pet. I would recommend them to save, rescue, watch, care for and anything else that revolves around pets. My family and I have trusted them with multiple of our own pets and would encourage their services to anyone interested. They work for the love of Animals and that is their #1 priority. - Joey G.

We Offer: - Dog Walking (30-minute and 60-minute walks) - Come home to a calmer pup by providing him/her with a walk around town. You can choose between a 30 minute walk or a 60 minute walk. Whichever you choose, your dog will just be happy to get his/her snout into new environments. Of course, included free of charge are belly rubs, treats and loving. - In Your Home Overnight Pet Sitting - If you hate kenneling or boarding your pets, or the thought of your pet being stressed out and uncomfortable tears at your heart strings, then this service is the perfect option for you! Overnight In-Your-Home Pet Sitting allows your dog or pets to stay in their home, stick to their routine and their comfortable place while you are out of town. Service includes two 15-minute potty breaks, one 30 minute walk in the middle of the day, fresh water, food, treats for good behavior, playtime and LOTS of snuggle time! We also care for your home while youre away as part of our In Your Home Overnight Pet Sitting service. We will bring in the mail, rotate lights to make sure your home looks lived in, vacuum if needed, and more. Overnight stays are completely customizable based on your needs and wants. Youll come home to a happy home and happy pets!- House Sitting - Dont have any pets? Not a problem! We are more than happy to watch over your home while youre away. We will bring in the mail, rotate lights and check in twice a day to make sure your home is safe and sound. House-sitting is completely customizable based on your needs and wants. During our Meet-and-Greet, you can show us around and explain exactly what you would like to have done while youre away. - Kitty-Sitting- We all know cats and dogs are VERY different, that is why make sure to keep their needs separate. There are two options for you to choose from: Overnight In Your Home Kitty Sitting and Kitty Check-Ins. - Home Visits (aka Potty Breaks) - If you're unable to make it home during the day to let your pup out, we offer a quick potty break service. These are 15 minute visits to allow your pup to stretch their legs and do their business (go potty!) while youre away! This is best suited for homes with fenced in yards or areas where dogs can run. If there is no fenced yard (or area for them to run), we suggest (and in some cases require) a 30-minute dog walking appointment to be fair to the pets and make sure your pup has enough time to release some energy and go potty. If your mail has arrived by the time we get there, we would be more than happy to bring that in for you as well! - Pet Taxi - Does your pet have a vet visit or play date? We can take them! Do you need to pick up more litter or food or medications but dont have the time? We can help! - Yard Waste Clean-Up - Where we do your dirty work! If you dont have the time or just hate doing it, we will come to your home and clean up all of the poop in your yard! This can be arranged as a weekly

Free Meet-and-Greet/Initial Consultation: Before the start of any service, we do a Meet-and-Greet first so you can meet us, we can meet you and your pet(s) and you can make the best decision for you and your critters. Youll have the opportunity to show us around their domain and let us know your critter(s) favorite things (ie. favorite toys, treats, hang out spots) to ensure they have a stay-cation while you're away or on vacation! Online Portal for Pet Parents:We have an Online Portals for our Pet Parents where you can schedule appointments, leave notes for your Pet Caretakers (thats us!), pay your bills and more. Everyone loves having the ability to pay their bills online, get questions answered and more for all of their other services and bills and we wanted to make it that simple and easy for our Pet Parents.
