Made an appointment for Monday on Saturday for a side window that had come out of the regulator track. Got there 15 minutes before the appointment. 2 guys there.....no business. The technician couldn't get the door panel off. Finally got the door panel off. During which he broke the piece that keeps the door lock knob up. Now I have no knob and the automatic door lock doesn't work on the passenger side. The technician got the window in, after I was called over to assist in the repair. The technician didn't place the door moulding pieces back properly, and my mirror adjustment mechanism doesn't work. It amazes me that the people are in business. Avoid at all cost ABM glass in Hillsboro Oregon. They don't have a clue.
