I brought in my '97 CRV with a list of repairs my brother said that a car as old as mind "should" need. When I picked up my car, Clay said not all items needed to be done, so the bill was less than I expected. They easily could have charged me more, and I would not have known.On another trip, I wanted the rear wiper mechanism to be replaced. They ordered the motor, but after opening my rear hatch panel, they were able to easily fix the existing motor. No charge!They also repaired a faulty fuel gauge thingy...and said if it broke again in 6 months they would not charge for labor to replace it, only parts. That was 2 years ago, and repair is holding fine.All other charges and repairs have always been completed on time, and they drive me home when I drop off the cars for maintenance or repairs.

Got 4 new tires (Goodyear) and alignment. Cheaper than everyone I called,including Les Scwab. Thanks again!

My experience here was absolutely awful!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I went there knowing my tranny was out and the guy still insisted on testing my vehicle in which he charged me $76.00 to do this. He came back with a smile to tell me my tranny was out and it would cost me $4500.00 to fix. I took my keys paid the money and literally drove down the street to DAYTONA TRANSMISSION SERVICE on 25th (503) 597-0039 ) The guy there is sooooo nice and quoted me the exact same service plus a better warranty and 2 free future services to his rebuild for more than half the price $2,200. then told me that even if its ends up costing him more he will not raise the price he quoted and he will eat the extra cost !!! Got my truck back in less than a week and it runs beautifully. I CAN'T IMAGINE A LOCAL COMPANY LIKE CLAY'S AUTO SERVICE DOING THIS TO THEIR COMMUNITY, ITS AWFUL AND PETY!!!

I have had Clay work on my Toyota for years and the work has always been superb. Now that we have an Acura I plan to conitue here.

Had an urgent issue come up with my vehicle and didn't have time to shop around. Clay's is in the neighborhood so I called. Not only did they fit me in on the same day, but they completed the work before the end of the day. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Took my Jeep here by necessity but they'll be the place I go from now on.
