I don't know what I did, but I have just eaten the HOTTEST enchiladas I've ever eaten. No hot sauce, and I removed the peppers, and my tastebuds are still melting. I grew up in Texas. I like hot things. I've grown habeneros in my garden. I'm no newby to capsaicin. I think I must have reminded the cook of someone who did him wrong. There is no way they are serving these to everyone. I expect a little more genuine Mexican heat, when I go to a former DQ, to get Mexican food, but this is ridiculous. Tell the cook, I'm sorry, but it wasn't me!!! I'm not the guy that did whatever, to deserve lava enchiladas.

This is a great place to eat for lunch, dinner, or breakfast. Everyone is very friendly and the food is great!
