The Owner was extremely nice.
As a Homeowner it is extremely nerve wrecking trying to jump all the hurdles being thrown my way when trying to put all the finishing touches on my house to where it feels like a home. This Company is a great example of Professionalism at its BEST. I am so excited and can not wait to be able to sit and play on my beautiful comfy carpet, and wood floors with my grand baby.

I bought flooring there for my house at a good price and quality product they installed
It the next week and called me and keep me informed
When they was going to show up .
And the service was awesome they vacuum the flooring and put back all the furniture
Went above and beyond !!!!

About 6 weeks ago I went to Hillsboro Carpet and Carpet Cleaners in Hillsboro, Texas looking for a carpet for my bathroom.I found the perfect remnant but could not find any price or installation.I thought that was a little odd but asked the lady that was there what the prices were. She didn't know and would have to call her husband, whom I assume is the owner. She said she would call in a couple of hours. After not hearing from all day I called her.I should have known right then and there what to expect. I shouldn't of had to call her back. She then quoted me a price of 275.00. That was too steep for me,so she dropped to 200.00. I told her that was fine. She then told me I would have to wait 3 weeks for the installation due to family matters. The weeks passed and I still didn't hear her. I like to try and give people a chance. She then called me and said she would call me that following Monday with the time she would be here on Tuesday. Well that was over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from. So I'm done trying. I'll go somewhere else to get my carpet.
