This place has roaches. They clean the rooms only once a week. They do not wash the sheets unless you beg them to. We smashed a roach and left it on the counter just to see if they would notice. A week later the dead roach was still there. The bathrooms are horrifying. Our tub had black slime growing in the bottom of the tub, as well as mildew. Plus the room smelled of mildew. The air conditioners are old. I am surprised we did not get Legionaire's disease. If you call the front desk and ask to be transferred to a guest room they refuse to do so unless you know the guests room number. If you ask for it, they will not give it to you. The desk clerks are extremely rude and will hang up on you. If you ask for a refund so you can stay at another hotel, they are rude and refuse to give back money.
