EmailIn 2003, Ooh La La Pet Spa was established in Durham, NC. by Kristy Pantermakis. Kristy has 15 years as a groomer.
In Jan. 2011 Ooh La La Pet Spa opened our second location here in Hillsborough, NC. by Kristy Pantermakis and sister Joanne Jones. We have been serving the public since the 1980's growing up in Myrtle Beach, SC in their family owned restaurant business.
Our Customer's satisfaction is our goal. We love animals and love our job. Having your pet is our pleasure. We look forward to our furry clients.

Provided by YP.comI just love the new dog spa! My schnauzers Toby and Gunther are very well cut and cared for. Their groomer, Renee is the best! The salon is always clean and staff exceptionally nice. They always accommodate my busy schedule. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comservice was very nice but the cuts were BAD. I feel I was overcharged for a 10 lb dog ! I was told one price over the phone and was charged double......NOT good. I will NOT go back and I will not recommend this groomer to my friends.
Here at Ooh La La Pet Spa, our customer's satisfaction is always our goal. We offer a 7 day guarantee..if you are displeased with a cut. Bring your pet back within 7 days of your appointment and at no cost to you, we will groom your pet again. As for our prices, all prices quoted over the phone are general estimates. It's difficult to give an accurate quote without seeing the pet and knowing how it will handle the grooming process. Pets that are difficult to groom, larger than their breed, obese, matted or cuts requiring excessive hand scissoring take more time, thus cost more. To slbennett2010, my sincerest apology. Your experience is not what we strive for! I will happily offer you a discounted rate on any future service if given the opportunity. Sincerely, J.Jones
