I appreciate my doctor's calm, patient demeanor. She always treats me as a partner in my health, not just as a patient but as a human. I also think the staff is warm and welcoming.

This is an excellent medical practice. Very seldom wait long to go in and see the provider. My provider is the nurse practitioner. He does take the time to treat the whole person. He knows ideally what we should be doing with our health and is tolerant of those of us who are a little slow getting to the goal. I could go to a practice closer to my home but prefer to go the extra mile for this Family Practice.

I was delighted when this small offshoot of UNC settled itself down in Hillsboro. So much closer to home ( only 45 mins!) I have been treated like family since day one. I find that Paul Dunn is a very loving and caring practioner who does not walk into the room with a "timer" 15 minutes and you are done attitude. I have always felt that he cared about my needs and helping me get better was something he truly cares about. I love the way the nurses and front office staff get to know you and do all they can to help you. Over all a very professional and caring group of people. I would highly recommend this medical office to anyone. I drive through 3 counties and past many doctors offices to get there, but when it comes to my health only the best will do.

When UNC Family Medicine came to the Hillsborough area, we were thankful that we would not have to go to Durham or Chapel Hill for basic care or checkups. We know that they really care about the health and well-being of us, their patients. In fact, they have gone way beyond the call of duty at times to help make sure that we were able to be seen quickly whenever a potential illness or condition needed to be assessed. We are glad to have an excellent nurse practitioner at this office who is as knowledgeable as a physician.
