When my father died I wasn't sure what to expect. I was unsure about the process and what needs to be done. When I chose Holt-Woodbury Funeral Homes I knew I was going to be in good hands. I've been to services that were arranged from the owner, Steve Carson, was impressed and knew he does a great job. He is caring, very supportive and respectful to not only family members but everyone who knew my father, too. He turned this very painful day into a very special day I will never forget and can't even thank him and his staff enough for everything they have done for me an my family during this difficult time. I highly recommend Holt-Woodbury Funeral Homes to anyone who appreciates a professional services!!

I first used the Holt-Woodbury Funeral Homes in July, 2007, when my mother died. I was not only very impressed with Mr. Stephen Carson, the owner, and his staff. The kindness he showed not only to my sister and myself, but to my mother was exceptional. His price was more or less what we expected and worth it. A few years later, we once again used Mr. Carson's services when my brother-in-law died. Being from the Hillsboro area and wanting his ashes interred here, but my sister lived out of state, I once again dealt with Mr. Carson in getting a small service set up; stone in place, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Holt-Funeral Services to anyone. Just the kindness and concern he shows to the deceased gives him a first class rating in my book.
