Marcio was fantastic, he did a great job explaining the treatment he was going to do and answering all the questions I had. He put my mind at ease and was pleasure to have service our home.

Aptive has proven to be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to pest control. I was very happy when they came to my rescue and solved my problem. The technician Rasheed and others were knowledgeable and professional.

I got my initial treatment today and Juvone is unmatched! He is extremely pleasant and took the time to explain the entire procedure to me. He spent his time treating every inch of my backyard and home. He observed carpenter bees and yellow jackets, as well as spiders and wasps, all of which seem to enjoy living here. He took care of them all. He is dedicated to his work and precise in his application of the treatment. I feel at ease around him, and Aptive is fortunate to have him on board.

We love having Aptive keep our property free of ticks since we have twice daily visits from a herd of deer. The technicians (shout out to Durell Jones! ) are always friendly, professional and always ready to answer questions. The company has always been prompt. There are reminders for appointments, follow up to see how they did, and helpful customer service. With 2 dogs and small children visiting, we have not had any issues with ticks as we did before. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

On 11/05/20 I had my quarterly control service appointment. Today Vincent D'Arcy was my technician. Vincent was very thorough in his visit to my home. He started in my basement and worked his way outside. He corrected issues with my bate stations and assured me that they were working properly. Since I've been with Aptive for about 6 months now, I have seen a huge decrease in spiders, cave crickets, earwigs and field mice that occasionally found their way into my basement. I am a very happy customer to say the least and I highly recommended Vincent and Aptive for all your extermination needs.
