This was the worst nail salon ever. I was so disappointed. Between this place and the terrible massage place next door I will never get anything done in Hillsborough again. The lady was making it seem like acrylics were unheard of. I went in to get gels and my acrylics off because I wanted to cut my nails down short and take the acrylics off. They did not use a machine and filed my acrylics off. I told them I was on my lunch break but it took forever anyway, because they were literally filing them off! My nail beds were filed raw and I was bloody by the time I left. In the end of all the acrylics were not even taken off. My nails were lumpy after the gels were put on and there was also a hair in my nails. DISGUSTING. Then they charged me extra money to have taken my acrylics off. I was so upset I have not gotten my nails done since and this was months ago. Do not go to this nail salon unless you want to be super disappointed and over charged.

Absolutely the worst gel fill in's I've ever had to pay for. The nails had pits in them, they used regular nail polish instead of gel nai l polish which looked horrible & smudged even after the top gel coat was applied. When I complained to the owner she said that every place does it differently. This place has no idea how to do gels correctly. It was not worth the $37 & I wound up having to take them off. Don't waste your money or your time.
