the person is only mad because of the timing they went u can't expect to get your food on time when there's a line out the door n around the corner so suck it up but it's gotten better I go there almost every day and barely had any problems the workers there enjoy their jobs as well as getting is done and on time

The owner of the Five Guys Burgers & Fries at 401 Amwell Road, Hillsborough had better ask for a refund. The store was out of control. The person at the order counter yells out the number of patties to go on the grill and none of the 6 workers behind the counter did anything but stare blindly into the crowd. Meanwhile the grill remained void of any burgers. As people were waiting for thier orders which never printed out behind the counter, these "workers" stood still. After waiting for 25 mins I became one of the many customers who asked where their order was and was quickly refunded their purchase. But my order needed to put on the grill! Wait another 25 minutes - I think not. This is no way to run a business unless you want to run it into the ground along with the beef.....FIVE THUMBS DOWN for Five Guys.
