I had a serious abcess of one of my upper molars that turned extremely bad over the holidays, yet Dr. McKay & his awesome staff got me in immediately, changed my antibiotic, schedueled me for surgury the very next day and treated me better than if I were in a hospital.And since I've been an RN for almost 34 yrs, it's something I happen to know a little about. I've dealt with this situation before in NY, and believe me,he is one of the most top notch professionals in this field I have ever seen. He literally kept me from having to go into the hospital & see an EENT surgeon, because the abcess had rapidly spread in only 48 hrs beyond my maxillary sinus, almost into my Rt eye area, really almost life-threatening infection, but he saved me and his staff provided the best post-op care to me, and I recovered more rapidly than I ever expected. I am extremely grateful for his help and professionalism, I guess this is why docs like him go into the field to begin with- you will see from the 1st visit how obviously he cares about patients- Just the best.
