Absolutely Horrible Service

I brought my brand new wedding dress there to be cleaned because the very bottom was dirty form me trying it on all the time in the store and at home. I asked her about EVERYTHING, including if all the beading would be ok, about discoloration, rips/tears, etc. because I didn't want the dress to be dry cleaned if something could possibly happen to it. Since I have never in my life taken anything to be dry cleaned before, I was not really familiar with what happens there. But, she assured me that she does a lot of wedding dresses and that EVERYTHING would come out perfect. Well guess what. It didn't. I got my dress back the first time and beading was ripped out from the very front, there were dark black marks ALL over the dress, and it was dyed blue on the front side. So, she told me that they would fix it. It finally came back and when I went there to pick it up, the beading that she "fixed" was done so horribly and like she could care less and carelessly did it, plus I turned the dress over to the back, and so much of the beading on the back was ripped out and there were strands sticking out everywhere. This is how she fixed it?



My beautiful wedding dress is completely ruined because these people DO NOT KNOW how to take care of a person's personal belonging. How do they run a business that deals with taking people's belongings and ruining them? All they cared about was getting my money, but did not care about the quality that they put into their work. I couldn't believe what they did to my dress! The service there is absolutely horrible. They kept insisting that they fold the dress and put it in a box for me until my wedding and now I know why they kept pushing it and mentioning it every time I spoke to them. So I could open that box a few weeks before the wedding and then see how horrible the dress came out and then not be able to do anything about it. Will not even refund my money for the dry cleaning service, or pay for a new dress which they should since they destroyed my $1, 200 dress.



They are not taking any responsibility for the dress. Her reply was "I don't care. It's not my problem'

Umm.. it is your business isn't it? You took my dress and told me it would come out perfect. You saw the brand new price tag. I even told you if there was a chance that it would be ruined, that I did not want to give the dress to be dry cleaned. But, you kept assuring that nothing would happen and you clean dresses all the time. Such crap.
