We stayed at this motel for 3 days. After we had checked out, they called our cellphone and told us that we had stolen 1 towel, 1 wash rag, and 1 plastic cup. We drove all the way back to this motel to try and talk to the Owner/Manager. We were called Thieves and Liars and our Credit Card was charged an additional $13.00 without our permission. This Owner was very rude and could not accept the fact that his Maid/Housekeeping staff could have made a mistake. We will never stay there again. My hope is that this entry (no matter how many times I must rewrite it) will keep someone else from being treated so badly. We would have surely given him his Paper Thin towel and wash rag if we had taken it. . Hope you are enjoying our ill gotten Thirteen Dollars! I am constantly looking for More Places to tell my story.
