The ladies in the shop were so welcoming the minute we walked in the door. They had just what we needed and added some special touches to make our gift even more special. The prices were the best we've ever found. We WILL make this our permanent flower @ gift shop.

The lady on the phone was phenominal. I needed to know if they could deliver flowers to my husband's grave site since I am in Florida. She assured me that would not be a problem. She is also going to check on local monument works places and email her findings. You could not ask for better service or compassion in a time of need. God bless you.

Stopped at 2 other places looking around for a plant to give as a gift before I finally came across Smiths Flower shop. What a world of difference in the customer service I received. First place I went to, the lady wasnt real warm or welcoming. Second place was oblivious to me being in there store, not welcomed in at all, and in no way tried to accomadate my need. However Smiths was right on top of things. Greeting me with a warm welcoming smile. Immediately letting me know that what ever I was needing in a plant could be broken down into something smaller that I was looking for from a larger plant already in the store. In less than 3 minutes the lady had a very cute multi plant arrangement all made for me, added a few fresh flowers and a beautiful butterfly, all for a reasonable price. Definately will be my flower shop anytime Im needing something!!! Thanks ladies:) So glad I shopped around.
